Jimmy Hall: Guitar and harmony slayer
Meggie and Jimmy have been pickin' and grinnin' together since 2013. They started Sweet Lou's Sour Mash in Seattle and played well over a hundred live shows throughout the Pacific Northwest, California and Nevada. Since moving to Pittsburgh in 2023, Meggie has taken lead to start a new project featuring original music, tight harmonies, and Jimmy periodically slaying on the electric guitar. A rotating cast of professional bass players round out Iron Appalachia's live performances. You can also catch Jimmy in Moose Lodge Revival and Blue Diggity. In addition, Meggie plays classical music with the Tuesday Musical Club's String Ensemble.
